  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups cauliflower florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli and cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until well coated.

  3. Place the coated florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.

  4. Cook in the air fryer for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking, until the vegetables are tender and slightly charred.

  5. Remove from the air fryer and serve hot.
