How To Make Air Fryer Roast Dinner

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs of boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 lb of baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 cups of mixed vegetables (carrots, broccoli, cauliflower)
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1 tsp of dried thyme
  • 1 tsp of paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a bowl, toss the chicken breasts, potatoes, and mixed vegetables with olive oil, garlic powder, dried thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  3. Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket and cook for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.

  4. Add the potatoes and mixed vegetables to the air fryer basket and cook for an additional 20 minutes, shaking the basket occasionally to ensure even cooking.

  5. Check the internal temperature of the chicken to ensure it reaches 165°F (74°C).

  6. Remove the air fryer roast dinner from the basket and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
