Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower, chopped into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 eggs
Instructions

Preheat air fryer to 375°F.

In a small bowl, whisk together almond flour, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs.

Dip each cauliflower piece in the egg mixture, then coat with the almond flour mixture.

Place the cauliflower in the air fryer basket and spray with cooking spray.

Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy.
