How To Make Vegan Air Fryer Coconut Curry Cauliflower Recipe

Crispy air fried cauliflower coated in aromatic coconut curry spices, perfect for a vegan meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1/2 cup canned coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.

  2. In a bowl, mix coconut milk, curry powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

  3. Dip cauliflower florets into the mixture until well coated.

  4. Place coated florets into the air fryer basket and drizzle with olive oil.

  5. Air fry for 15-20 minutes or until cauliflower is crispy and tender.

  6. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
