VANILLA PIZZELLES
- 2cupsflour
- 1cupsugar
- 3/4cupbuttermelted and cooled
- 1/2tspvanilla extract
- 1/2tbspstar anise
- 2tspbaking powder
- 4pcseggs
CHOCOLATE PIZZELLES
- 3pcseggs
- 1cupsugar
- 2cupsflour
- 1/3cupcocoa powder
- 1/2cupbutter
- 2tspbaking powder
- 1tspvanilla extract
- 1tspanise extract
- 1/2tsp½ teaspoon salt
Instructions

Get two large bowls for the two different flavors.

In one bowl, mix together the ingredients of the vanilla pizzelles. In another, mix together the chocolate pizzelle ingredients.

Cook each pizzelle in a pizzelle maker for 20 seconds, then place on a wire rack to cool.
