Treat your tastebuds to a flavor fiesta with this spicy Thai broccoli beef that's stir-fried with hot chilies, soy sauce, and oyster sauce.

Ingredients

  • 6 oz beef tenderloin steak
  • 3 cups chinese broccoli, or regular broccoli, cut into small pieces
  • 3 large garlic cloves
  • 3 Thai hot chilies, more or less, depending on tastes
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tsp light soy sauce
  • ½ tsp dark sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Slice the beef tenderloin into thin strips, cut the broccoli, and grind the garlic and chili together.
  2. Fry the garlic and chili for 1 minute, then add the sliced beef.

  3. Fry it together for about 1 minute, then add the soy and oyster sauces.

  4. Cook until thick and bubbly.
  5. Add just a little water to make a rich sauce, then add the broccoli.
  6. Fry it all up for about 1 minute.

  7. Serve and enjoy.
