
How to Make Thai Spicy Broccoli Beef
Treat your tastebuds to a flavor fiesta with this spicy Thai broccoli beef that's stir-fried with hot chilies, soy sauce, and oyster sauce.
Ingredients
- 6 oz beef tenderloin steak
- 3 cups chinese broccoli, or regular broccoli, cut into small pieces
- 3 large garlic cloves
- 3 Thai hot chilies, more or less, depending on tastes
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tsp light soy sauce
- ½ tsp dark sweet soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Slice the beef tenderloin into thin strips, cut the broccoli, and grind the garlic and chili together.

Fry the garlic and chili for 1 minute, then add the sliced beef.

Fry it together for about 1 minute, then add the soy and oyster sauces.
- Cook until thick and bubbly.
- Add just a little water to make a rich sauce, then add the broccoli.

Fry it all up for about 1 minute.
