How To Make Quick Beef & Broccoli One-Pot Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cups cooked rice, for serving
Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, sesame oil, and black pepper. Set aside.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add beef and cook until browned. Remove beef from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add onion and garlic. Cook until onion is soft and translucent.

Add broccoli florets to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, until slightly tender.

Return beef to the skillet and pour the sauce mixture over the ingredients. Stir well to coat everything evenly.

Reduce heat to medium-low and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, until the beef is cooked through and the sauce has thickened.

Serve the beef and broccoli over cooked rice.
