How To Make Beef and Broccoli Casserole Recipe
A savory casserole with tender beef and broccoli in a creamy sauce, topped with a crispy breadcrumb crust.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. beef sirloin, sliced into strips
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the beef strips and cook until browned on all sides.

Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the onion and garlic and cook until slightly softened.

Add the broccoli and cook for 5-7 minutes, until tender-crisp.

Add the beef back to the skillet, along with the beef broth and heavy cream.

Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.

Transfer the mixture to a 9×13-inch baking dish.

In a small bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and melted butter.

Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the beef and broccoli mixture.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the top is golden brown and crispy.
