How To Make Slow Cooker Broccoli Beef Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 ½ pounds beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- ¼ cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Cooked rice, for serving

In a slow cooker, combine the beef sirloin, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and beef broth. Cook on low for 4 hours.

In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch and water until smooth. Add the mixture to the slow cooker and stir well. Cook for an additional 30 minutes, or until the sauce thickens.

Steam or blanch the broccoli florets until crisp-tender. Set aside.

Once the beef is cooked and the sauce is thickened, add the cooked broccoli to the slow cooker and stir gently to combine. Cook for an additional 10 minutes.

Serve the slow cooker broccoli beef over cooked rice, garnished with chopped green onions.
