How To Make Keto Beef and Broccoli Recipe
A low-carb and delicious beef and broccoli stir fry recipe perfect for keto diets.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 lb flank steak, sliced thinly
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce or liquid aminos
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp Swerve or other keto-friendly sweetener
- 1 tsp xanthan gum or other thickening agent
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, sesame oil, Swerve, salt and pepper.

Add sliced beef to this mixture and coat well. Set aside.

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

Once hot, add minced garlic and sauté for a few seconds.

Add broccoli florets and stir-fry until broccoli is tender-crisp and slightly charred.

Season with salt and pepper.

Remove broccoli from the pan and set aside.

Add marinated beef to the same pan and cook until browned on all sides.

Sprinkle xanthan gum over the beef and toss to coat.

Once the sauce has thickened, turn off the heat.

Add back the cooked broccoli and stir to combine.

Serve hot.
