How To Make Shaved Beef and Broccoli Noodle Bowl Recipe
A savory and satisfying meal with tender slices of beef, crisp broccoli, and chewy noodles in a rich broth.

Ingredients
- 8 oz rice noodles
- 1 lb shaved beef
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook rice noodles according to package instructions and set aside.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, cornstarch, and 1/4 cup of beef broth.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add shaved beef and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and crispy, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet over medium heat, add broccoli florets and remaining beef broth. Cover and simmer until broccoli is tender, about 5-6 minutes.

Add beef back into the skillet and pour in the soy sauce mixture. Stir until the sauce thickens and coats the beef and broccoli.

Divide cooked noodles into four bowls and top with beef and broccoli mixture. Serve hot.
