  • 1 lb. beef sirloin, sliced thinly
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup gluten-free soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp minced ginger
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger.

  2. Season beef slices with salt and pepper.

  3. In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over high heat. Add beef slices and cook until browned.

  4. Add broccoli to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender.

  5. Pour the soy sauce mixture over the beef and broccoli, stirring to coat everything evenly.

  6. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until the sauce has thickened. Serve hot.
