Ingredients
- 1 lb. beef sirloin, sliced thinly
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup gluten-free soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger.

Season beef slices with salt and pepper.

In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over high heat. Add beef slices and cook until browned.

Add broccoli to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender.

Pour the soy sauce mixture over the beef and broccoli, stirring to coat everything evenly.

Cook for another 1-2 minutes until the sauce has thickened. Serve hot.
