  • 1 lb chicken or pork, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (such as bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, and snap peas), sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup chicken or vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and broth. Set aside.

  2. Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.

  3. Add chicken or pork slices and cook until browned and cooked through.

  4. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for a few minutes until they start to soften.

  5. Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken or pork and vegetables. Stir well to coat everything evenly.

  6. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the stir-fry.

  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
