How To Make Quick and Easy Teriyaki Beef Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup water
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, cornstarch, garlic, and ginger. Set aside.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add beef slices and cook until browned. Remove beef from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add bell peppers, onion, and broccoli. Stir-fry for 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp.

Return beef to the skillet and pour the teriyaki sauce over the beef and vegetables. Stir well to coat everything evenly.

Add water and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce has thickened.

Serve the teriyaki beef stir-fry over steamed rice or noodles. Garnish with sesame seeds.
