Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 4 cups of lettuce, torn into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup of ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp of lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then grill or pan-fry them until cooked through. Let them cool slightly, then slice into strips.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, and bacon.

  3. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the ranch dressing, mayonnaise, and lemon juice.

  4. Add the sliced chicken to the salad bowl, then drizzle the dressing over the top. Toss everything together until well coated.

  5. Serve the chicken salad with bacon, lettuce, and tomato immediately.
