Ingredients
- 4 bone-in pork chops
- 1 cup long grain white rice
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions

Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, paprika, and dried thyme.

In a slow cooker, layer the rice, diced onion, diced bell pepper, and minced garlic.

Place the seasoned pork chops on top of the rice mixture.

In a bowl, whisk together the cream of mushroom soup and chicken broth. Pour this mixture over the pork chops.

Cover the slow cooker and cook on low heat for 4 hours, or until the pork chops are cooked through and the rice is tender.

Serve the pork chops and rice hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
