How To Make Stir-fried greens with oyster sauce
A delicious and healthy stir-fried dish packed with greens and flavored with savory oyster sauce.

Ingredients
- 1 pound greens (such as bok choy, spinach, or kale)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions

Wash and chop the greens into bite-sized pieces.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the greens to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they begin to wilt.

In a small bowl, mix together the oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and water.

Pour the sauce over the greens and continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the greens are cooked through and coated in the sauce.

Remove from heat and serve hot.
