  • 1 pound greens (such as bok choy, spinach, or kale)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the greens into bite-sized pieces.

  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

  3. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  4. Add the greens to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they begin to wilt.

  5. In a small bowl, mix together the oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and water.

  6. Pour the sauce over the greens and continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the greens are cooked through and coated in the sauce.

  7. Remove from heat and serve hot.
