Ingredients

  • 500g prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 red chillies, sliced
  • 2 tbsp sherry
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

  2. In a large bowl, combine the prawns, minced garlic, sliced chillies, sherry, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to coat the prawns evenly.

  3. Place the prawns in a single layer on a large piece of parchment paper or a cooking bag. Fold over the edges to seal the bag.

  4. Place the sealed bag on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the prawns are cooked through.

  5. Carefully open the bag and transfer the prawns to a serving plate. Garnish with fresh parsley.

  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
