
How To Make Prawn Stir-Fry Recipe

Ingredients
- 500g of prawns, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp of vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1-inch ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1 tbsp of oyster sauce
- 1 tsp of cornstarch
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.

Add onion, bell pepper, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add prawns and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink.

In a bowl, whisk soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Pour the mixture over the prawns. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the prawns.

Serve hot with rice or noodles.
