How To Make Stir-Fry Prawns with Peppers & Spinach

Ingredients
- 1 lb (450g) of prawns, peeled and deveined
- 2 bell peppers (any color), thinly sliced
- 2 cups of spinach
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1-inch piece of ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: red chili flakes for heat
Instructions

Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over high heat.

Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, and stir-fry for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the bell peppers and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.

Push the bell peppers to the side of the pan and add the prawns to the center. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the prawns turn pink.

Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Stir everything together for another minute, making sure the prawns are fully coated in the sauce.

Add the spinach and cook for another minute until wilted.

Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed. If you like some heat, sprinkle with red chili flakes.

Serve the stir-fry prawns with peppers and spinach over steamed rice or noodles.
