How To Make Garlic Butter Prawn Recipe

Juicy prawns baked in garlic-soy butter sauce.

  • 1 lb prawns, deveined and shelled
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnishing


  1. Preheat oven at 375°F.

  2. In a small skillet pan, melt butter and add minced garlic until fragrant.

  3. Add soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat.

  4. In a separate baking dish, place the prawns and pour the garlic-soy butter sauce on top.

  5. Bake at 375°F for 10-15 minutes, or until prawns are cooked through.

  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
