How To Make Pint of Prawns & Chilli Mayo

Ingredients

  • 1 pint of prawns
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, chili powder, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to make the chili mayo sauce.

  2. Heat a pot of water over high heat until boiling. Add the prawns and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.

  3. Remove the prawns from the pot and drain off any excess water.

  4. Serve the prawns in a pint glass or bowl with a side of the chili mayo sauce.

  5. Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy!
