Ingredients

  • 1 pound of prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 red chili, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. In a bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, chopped chili, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Add the prawns to the bowl and toss until they are well coated with the mixture.

  4. Place the prawns on a baking sheet in a single layer.

  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the prawns are cooked through and slightly charred.

  6. Remove from the oven and squeeze the lemon juice over the prawns.

  7. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.
