How To Make Toasted Soda Bread with Blue Cheese & Pear

- 4 slices of soda bread
- 100g blue cheese, crumbled
- 1 ripe pear, sliced
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Place the slices of soda bread on a baking tray and toast in the oven for about 5 minutes, or until golden and crispy.

Remove the toasted soda bread from the oven and evenly distribute the crumbled blue cheese on top of each slice.

Return the bread to the oven and bake for another 5 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and slightly bubbly.

Remove the bread from the oven and allow it to cool slightly.

Arrange the sliced pear on top of the melted blue cheese and sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper.

Serve the toasted soda bread with blue cheese and pear immediately.
