Ingredients
- 4 Chilean sea bass fillets
- 1/4 cup miso paste
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions

In a bowl, whisk together miso paste, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sesame oil.

Place the sea bass fillets in a shallow dish and pour the miso-soy marinade over them. Marinate for at least 10 minutes, or up to 1 hour in the refrigerator.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Remove the sea bass fillets from the marinade, and grill for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through and flaky.

While the fish is grilling, pour the remaining marinade into a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for a few minutes until slightly thickened.

Serve the grilled sea bass fillets drizzled with the thickened marinade and garnished with sliced green onions.
