How To Make Kelp & Smoked Salmon Sushi-Style Rolls

Ingredients
- 8 sheets of dried kelp (nori)
- 1 cup of cooked sushi rice
- 8 ounces of smoked salmon, sliced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cucumber, cut into matchsticks
- Soy sauce for dipping
- Wasabi and pickled ginger for serving
Instructions

Lay a sheet of dried kelp on a clean surface.

Place a thin layer of sushi rice on top of the kelp, leaving a small border at the edges.

Add a slice of smoked salmon, avocado, and a few cucumber matchsticks on top of the rice.

Roll the kelp tightly, using a bamboo sushi mat if available, and apply a bit of water on the edge to seal the roll.

Repeat steps 1-4 with the remaining ingredients.

Slice the rolls into bite-sized pieces with a sharp knife.

Serve the kelp and smoked salmon rolls with soy sauce, wasabi, and pickled ginger.
