Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate molasses
  • 4 thin pizza crusts
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.

  3. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the onion is soft and translucent.

  4. Stir in the ground cumin, ground coriander, ground cinnamon, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Cook for another minute until fragrant.

  5. Pour in the pomegranate molasses and stir well to coat the beef. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the beef is coated and heated through.

  6. Place the pizza crusts on a baking sheet. Divide the spiced beef mixture evenly among the pizza crusts, spreading it out in an even layer.

  7. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the top of the beef mixture.

  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is crispy and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  9. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh chopped parsley.

  10. Slice and serve hot.
