How To Make Apricot French Toast

- 8 slices of bread
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup apricot jam
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Powdered sugar, for dusting

Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, apricot jam, and vanilla extract.

Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, coating both sides evenly.

Place the dipped bread onto the preheated skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Remove the French toast from the skillet and dust with powdered sugar.
