How To Make Grilled Tuna with Fresh Tomato Salsa

Steak tuna paired with fresh salsa for a delicious lunch!

Ingredients

  • 5 sprays low-fat cooking spray
  • 4 medium steak tuna
  • 300 grams cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 medium onion, red, chopped
  • 55 grams parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat a frying pan or grill coated with cooking spray over high heat.
  2. Cook tuna, turning once, until just cooked through, for about 6 minutes.

  3. For rare tuna, cook for less time, if desired. Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
  4. Serve tuna with salsa dressing.
