  • 4 yellowfin tuna steaks
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, honey, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.

  2. Place the yellowfin tuna steaks in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let them marinate for at least 10 minutes, turning occasionally.

  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  4. Remove the tuna steaks from the marinade, allowing any excess marinade to drip off.

  5. Grill the tuna steaks for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked to desired doneness.

  6. Remove the tuna from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.

  7. Serve the grilled yellowfin tuna steaks with lemon wedges on the side.
