Ingredients
- 2 cans of tuna, drained
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup diced potatoes
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large skillet, sauté the onions and celery until they are soft and translucent.

Add the potatoes and cook until they are tender.

Sprinkle the flour over the vegetables and stir until it is fully incorporated.

Slowly pour in the chicken broth and milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.

Add the tuna, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir until everything is well combined.

Transfer the mixture to a pie dish.

Place the puff pastry sheet on top of the pie dish, cutting off any excess dough.

Use a sharp knife to make a few slits on the top of the pastry.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.

Allow the pot pie to cool for a few minutes before serving.
