- 2 cups vodka
- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks

In a glass jar or container, combine the vodka and pineapple chunks.

Close the jar tightly and shake well to thoroughly mix the ingredients.

Allow the mixture to infuse for at least 2 days, but ideally for a week, shaking gently every day or so.
