  • 16 oz mushrooms
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • ½ tsp dried thyme
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Clean and slice mushrooms.

  2. In a pan, melt butter and garlic over medium heat.

  3. Add sliced mushrooms and thyme, and saute for 10-12 minutes.

  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
