Roast Beef On Bagel Recipe

Bagel sandwiches bring a twist to our daily lunch meals. This roast beef on bagel recipe has a creamy horseradish spread to add that little kick.

How To Make Roast Beef On Bagel

  • 1 tsp horseradish (prepared)
  • 1/2 tsp fresh chives (snipped )
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter (softened)
  • 2 plain bagels (sliced in half)
  • 4 slices roast beef (thin slices )
  • 4 slices swiss cheese (thin slices )
  • 4 lettuce leaves (sliced)
  1. In a small bowl, mix horseradish, chives and sour cream. Season with salt and pepper.

  2. Spread butter on each side of bagel. Spread slices with horseradish mixture.

  3. Portion the roast beef, cheese and lettuce on 2 of the bagel slices and top each slice with another bagel half. Serve.
