  • 2 ½cupsall-purpose flour

  • 1cupwhite sugar

  • 2eggs
  • 1tspvanilla extract
  • 2cupsrolled oats
  • 2cupscoconutflaked


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease baking sheets.

  2. Sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together into a bowl.

  3. Cream the butter and the sugar together. Beat in the egg and vanilla.
