How To Make Mint Chocolate Chip Blondies
Blondies are known for their buttery goodness and sweet caramel flavor but we’ll take it to the next level by making these chocolate chip blondies.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Grease a 13×9-inch pan with baking spray or butter and flour.
Using a stand mixer, add the brown sugar and melted butter.
Add the eggs, vanilla, mint extract, and green food coloring to the bowl.
Next, add in the flour, baking powder, salt, and chocolate chips until well combined.
Bake for 22 to 25 minutes until the top is set but not yet browning.
Let it cool for a few minutes. Set aside
In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave additional chocolate chips in 30-second increments until fully melted.
Add chocolate ribbons as a design on the blondie top by using a fork. Serve.
