Ingredients
- 1 lb sirloin steak
- 4 cups mixed salad greens
- 2 cups potato chips
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Season the steak with salt and pepper.

Grill the steak for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

In a large bowl, combine the salad greens, potato chips, red onion, cherry tomatoes, and blue cheese.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.

Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
