How To Make Baja Fresh Carne Asada Nachos
A delicious and hearty appetizer filled with juicy steak, savory beans, melted cheese, and fresh toppings.

Ingredients
- 8 oz. carne asada steak, cooked and shredded
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomato
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 jalapeño pepper, sliced
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked and shredded steak with drained and rinsed black beans.

Spread a layer of tortilla chips onto a baking sheet or oven-safe dish.

Spoon the steak and bean mixture on top of the tortilla chips.

Add a layer of shredded cheddar cheese on top of the steak mixture.

Repeat layers of chips, steak mixture, and cheese until all ingredients are used up.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-30 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove from oven and top with diced tomato, onion, cilantro, and sliced jalapeño pepper.
