Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin steak
  • 4 cups mixed salad greens
  • 2 cups potato chips
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  2. Season the steak with salt and pepper.

  3. Grill the steak for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

  4. In a large bowl, combine the salad greens, potato chips, red onion, cherry tomatoes, and blue cheese.

  5. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.

  6. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.

  7. Slice the steak into thin strips and arrange on top of the salad.

  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
