Ingredients
- 6 cups of baby spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped red onions
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large bowl, add baby spinach leaves, crumbled feta cheese, chopped red onions and sliced almonds.

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt and pepper.

Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss well to coat.
