  • 1cucumber,chopped
  • 1red bell pepper,cut into thin strips
  • ½red onion,roughly chopped
  • ¼cuprice vinegar
  • 1tbspsesame oil
  • 1tbspwhite sugar
  • 1tbspsoy sauce
  • 1tspred pepper flakes
  • 1dashhot pepper sauce
  • 2buncheswatercress,stems removed

Instructions

  1. Combine the cucumber, red bell pepper, red onion, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, and hot pepper sauce in a bowl.

  2. Place the watercress on a serving platter or bowl, then pour the cucumber mixture over the watercress.
