- 1cucumber,chopped
- 1red bell pepper,cut into thin strips
- ½red onion,roughly chopped
- ¼cuprice vinegar
- 1tbspsesame oil
- 1tbspwhite sugar
- 1tbspsoy sauce
- 1tspred pepper flakes
- 1dashhot pepper sauce
- 2buncheswatercress,stems removed

Combine the cucumber, red bell pepper, red onion, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, and hot pepper sauce in a bowl.
