- 1 lb beef sirloin, sliced thinly
- 4 cups watercress
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 red onion, sliced thinly
- 1 avocado, peeled and sliced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Season beef with salt and pepper.

Heat a pan and cook beef until browned.

In a large bowl, combine watercress, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and avocado.
