Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, sliced thinly
  • 4 cups watercress
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 red onion, sliced thinly
  • 1 avocado, peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season beef with salt and pepper.

  2. Heat a pan and cook beef until browned.

  3. In a large bowl, combine watercress, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and avocado.

  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

  5. Add cooked beef to salad and toss with dressing.

  6. Serve immediately.
