Ingredients
- 8 ounces of pasta
- 1 can of tuna, drained
- 2 tablespoons of capers
- 1/4 cup of chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup of sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup of chopped cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup of crumbled feta cheese
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water to cool.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, tuna, capers, red onion, parsley, black olives, cherry tomatoes, and feta cheese.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to combine.
