Serves:

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces of pasta
  • 1 can of tuna, drained
  • 2 tablespoons of capers
  • 1/4 cup of chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup of sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup of chopped cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup of crumbled feta cheese
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water to cool.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, tuna, capers, red onion, parsley, black olives, cherry tomatoes, and feta cheese.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to combine.

  4. Serve the pasta salad chilled or at room temperature.
