How To Make Sesame Beef Skewers with Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 2 cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions

In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger. Add beef slices and marinate for 10 minutes.

Thread beef slices onto skewers and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Heat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill skewers for 2-3 minutes per side, until cooked through.

In a separate bowl, combine sliced cucumbers, rice vinegar, sugar, salt, and red pepper flakes. Toss to coat.

Serve the sesame beef skewers with the cucumber salad on the side.
