How To Make Tuna, Caper & Chilli Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 red chili, sliced
  • 1 can tuna, drained
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese for serving

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sliced chili. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

  3. Add drained tuna and capers to the skillet. Stir and cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.

  4. Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to combine with the tuna mixture. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.

  5. Stir in chopped parsley and season with salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Serve the spaghetti topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
