How To Make Tuna, Caper & Chilli Spaghetti

Ingredients
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 red chili, sliced
- 1 can tuna, drained
- 2 tbsp capers
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions

Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sliced chili. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add drained tuna and capers to the skillet. Stir and cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.

Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to combine with the tuna mixture. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Stir in chopped parsley and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve the spaghetti topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
