  • 5ozcanned albacore tuna,drained
  • 1tbspcapers,drained
  • 1tbspextra virgin olive oil
  • 1tbspred wine vinegar
  • 2cupsarugula
  • 1cuppasta,cooked, or GF pasta
  • Fresh black pepper
  • ½ozfresh parmesan,shaved


  1. In a large bowl, toss tuna with capers, oil, vinegar, arugula, pasta, and pepper.

  2. Divide on two plates and top with shaved parmesan.
