How To Make Amish Macaroni Salad

Ingredients
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup diced dill pickles
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions

Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sugar, mustard, vinegar, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Add cooked macaroni, diced onion, celery, red bell pepper, dill pickles, and parsley to the mixing bowl. Gently fold everything together until well coated with the dressing.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
