Ingredients
- 3 pounds top sirloin roast
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, olive oil, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and black pepper.

Rub the garlic-herb mixture all over the top sirloin roast, making sure to evenly coat it.

Place the roast on a roasting pan and insert a meat thermometer into the thickest part of the roast.

Roast the beef in the preheated oven for about 1 hour 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches your desired level of doneness. For medium-rare, aim for an internal temperature of 135°F (57°C), for medium, aim for 145°F (63°C).

Once the roast has reached the desired temperature, remove it from the oven and let it rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.
