How To Make LongHorn Steakhouse Renegade Sirloin Recipe

A flame grilled sirloin steak seasoned with a bold blend of spices.

Ingredients

  • 4 (8oz) sirloin steaks
  • 1 tbsp of kosher salt
  • 1 tbsp of paprika
  • 1/2 tbsp of chili powder
  • 1/2 tbsp of garlic powder
  • 1/2 tbsp of onion powder
  • 1/2 tbsp of black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper
  • 2 tbsp of canola oil

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the kosher salt, paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.

  2. Rub the spice mixture onto both sides of each steak.

  3. Preheat a grill or grill pan to high heat.

  4. Brush the steaks with canola oil.

  5. Grill the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness is reached.

  6. Let the steaks rest for 5 minutes before serving.
