How To Make Roasted Corn with Cilantro Butter
This sweet roasted corn is made tastier with a butter-based sauce mixed with the earthy and minty cilantro and smoky spice from Chipotle peppers.

For Cilantro Butter:
- 2tbsplight butter,at room temperature
- 1tbspfresh cilantro,chopped
- ⅛tspground chipotle pepper
- ⅛tspcumin
- 1pinchsalt
For Corn:
- 6ears of corn,husks on
Instructions
Cilantro Butter:

Combine all the ingredients to make butter. Set aside in a ramekin.
Corn:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. When hot, place corn in the middle rack and bake for 30 minutes.

Remove corn from the oven and set aside for 5 minutes.

Carefully remove husks and silks from the corn and serve each with 2 teaspoons of cilantro butter. Enjoy!
